Delivery time in Finland is usually 3–7 business days. Delivery times to other countries may be longer. More specific delivery times are provided during the order process or when selecting the delivery method.

Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method, delivery destination and size of the order. Delivery costs are shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.

If delivery is substantially delayed from the estimated delivery time, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. If the delay is substantial, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

The customer should inspect the package and product after receiving the delivery. Any transport damage or delivery errors should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any specific reason, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by making an unambiguous statement before the withdrawal period expires. The withdrawal notice can be made:

by email to shop@sisugrip.com

by phone at +358 50 5341133

using the withdrawal form available on our website

A withdrawal notice submitted through our website will be confirmed to the customer by email.

The customer must send the products back no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

The customer may inspect and try the product only to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The returned product must be in resaleable condition and include all original parts. The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product if the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there has been an error in delivery.

We will refund all returned products, including the original delivery costs, excluding any additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until the customer has provided proof that the products have been sent back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original purchase, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

8. Product Use, Safety and Wear Parts

Sisu Grip poles are exercise equipment intended for fitness walking. The products must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product and available on our website.

The customer must read the product instructions and safety recommendations before use.

Before and during use, it is advisable to check that the poles are intact, correctly adjusted and properly locked.

On hard surfaces, such as asphalt, rubber tips should be used to protect the spike tips and improve comfort.

The product contains wear parts that wear during use and must be replaced when necessary. Wear parts include, for example:

rubber tips

spike tips

telescopic shaft locking mechanism

The service life of wear parts depends on factors such as walking style, walking surface, user weight, amount of use and product maintenance.

Spare parts and maintenance instructions are available by contacting our customer service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sisu Grip Ltd. is not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the product instructions, incorrect use, modification of the product or any other reason attributable to the customer.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of income, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

In the event of force majeure, such as a strike, authority order, exceptional weather conditions, transport disruption, production disruption or another obstacle beyond our control, delivery may be delayed. We will inform the customer of the delay as soon as possible.

These limitations of liability do not limit the consumer’s rights under mandatory law.

More information about the processing of personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
